This starter page is designed for a secure resident payment portal. Live processing is intentionally disabled until verified merchant accounts and production credentials are connected.

Security: Dixon Property Co should never store card numbers, bank credentials or wallet credentials. Payment data should be tokenized by the payment provider.

Before rent collection goes live, this should require a resident account or lease-specific payment link so every payment is tied to the correct tenant and property.
